Why does RecruitED exist?
RecruitED exists to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. Too many high school athletes dream of playing at the next level, but the college recruitment process often feels confusing, exclusive, and out of reach. Our mission is to break down those barriers—making the path to college athletics clear, accessible, and less overwhelming. We also recognize that many student-athletes face financial hardships that keep them from pursuing higher education, even when their athletic ability could open doors. RecruitED is here to help them turn their skills into scholarships, their dreams into plans, and their potential into real opportunity. More than just a service, RecruitED aims to be a pillar in the community—a trusted resource, a source of guidance, and a champion for student-athletes striving toward something greater.
Are we a recruiting agency?
No, we are not a recruiting agency. While we equip athletes with the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed, we do not guarantee scholarships or recruitment offers—those decisions are ultimately made by college programs.

JASMINE HALL
Founder & Principal Consultant
Navigating the college recruitment process shouldn’t feel impossible—but for many student-athletes, it does. As a rising sophomore at North Carolina A&T State University majoring in Political Science and a member of our nationally ranked bowling team, I experienced that struggle firsthand. My recruitment journey was filled with uncertainty, missed opportunities, and a lack of guidance. That’s what inspired me to create RecruitED—a consulting agency I built from the ground up to give high school athletes the support I never had. RecruitED is here to make the process clearer, more accessible, and rooted in mentorship. Whether an athlete is overlooked, under-resourced, or just unsure where to start, they deserve a fair shot at playing at the next level—and I’m here to help make that happen.
BRIELLE ROBINSON
Social Media & Communications
With a foundation in theatre performance and children’s dance education, I bring a creative and engaging lens to outreach and communications—especially through social media. My experience teaching young performers has strengthened my ability to connect with diverse audiences, from students and parents to coaches and school administrators. I’ve managed program updates, event promotions, and community engagement through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing. Whether coordinating schedules with schools, sharing highlights with families, or building a consistent online presence, I thrive on keeping everyone informed, involved, and inspired through clear and thoughtful communication.
SAVANNAH BURGIN
Finance & Operations Coordinator
As a proud member of North Carolina A&T’s women’s bowling program — one of the top teams in the nation — I’m thrilled to be a part of RecruitED as the Finance Coordinator, where I have the opportunity to combine my passion for student-athlete success with meaningful support behind the scenes. It’s truly an honor to play a role in helping high school students reach their collegiate dreams. I know firsthand how powerful the right guidance can be, and I’m excited to be part of a team that’s dedicated to making that happen for the next generation.
DESTINY BREWER
Media & Visual Content Lead
I’m a passionate visual storyteller currently serving as the Media & Visual Content Lead for RecruitED, where I produce photography and video content that highlights the organization’s mission and impact. I focus on capturing authentic moments, whether I’m behind the camera at school seminars or creating content for our digital platforms, to ensure every project leaves a lasting impression. In 2023, I launched my own photography business, DezVizualz, where I work with clients on portraits, graduation shoots, events, and creative campaigns. Through this work, I’ve been able to expand my skills as both a photographer and creative director. I’ve also had the opportunity to serve on the media team for North Carolina A&T’s BGMM, intern for Georgia Mass Band’s media team, and photograph multiple student organizations and events across my college campus. Across every role I take on, I bring creativity, professionalism, and a deep passion for visual media.
